NJTODAY.NET has been declared an official newspaper for legal purposes. Public notices are published at the rate of $10 per column-inch. An additional fee is charged for a publisher’s affidavit that will be provided unless the customer specifies one is not necessary at the time of ordering the ad. With the exception of municipal budget summaries (for which type sizes are specified by law) and camera-ready material that is properly set to our specifications, we print public notices in 9-point Times Roman with 10-point leading. Each column is two-inches wide.

Notices that require extensive typing and proofreading should be submitted in advance to meet all publication deadlines. The publisher reserves the right to not publish any submission.
