CLARK – Mayor Sal Bonaccorso directed the township attorney to file a lawsuit against the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority and all of its member municipalities this week, alleging that Clark is being inaccurately and excessively billed for sewer fees.
NEW BRUNSWICK – A jury convicted a 22-year-old North Brunswick man of taking part in a drive-by shooting that wounded an innocent bystander, Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan announced yesterday.
STATE – People who are trying to earn their high school diploma by passing the series of GED tests must complete the series by Dec. 31, 2011 or they will have to start from the beginning with a new test series that will be administered beginning on Jan. 1, 2012, Education Commissioner Lucille E. Davy said today.
