ELIZABETH — A Union County Grand Jury returned an eight count indictment against two Plainfield men yesterday, charging one with kidnapping and both with sexually assaulting a mentally disabled woman earlier this year, announced Union County Prosecutor Theodore J. Romankow.
SCOTCH PLAINS – A 38-year-old Watchung man was arrested last week for allegedly assaulting and threatening a Scotch Plains teenager after the Barclays Golf Tournament, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office announced today.
