ELIZABETH — Authorities have upgraded charges against three teenagers accused in the beating death of a Summit man, Union County Prosecutor Theodore J. Romankow announced today.
SUMMIT — A registered nurse at Overlook Hospital was charged with one count of third degree theft on Monday, after he allegedly stole several hundred dollars from an unconscious man who was brought into the hospital’s emergency room on July 17.
