ELIZABETH – Spencer Savings Bank, headquartered in Elmwood Park, recently announced the winners of its annual scholarship program. Jessica A. Ortega of Elizabeth High School and Melanie Aleman of Theodore Roosevelt Middle School were awarded academic scholarships.
