Protesters Demonstrate Outside Immigrant Detention Center

ELIZABETH — On Sunday, protesters demonstrated outside an Elizabeth warehouse building that was converted into the privately-administered Elizabeth Detention Center, where immigrants are held while waiting for the federal government to determine their immigration status or while awaiting repatriation.
