CLARK – The Clark Board of Education will meet tonight, with the public session scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in the Clark Council Chambers at 315 Westfield Avenue. An executive session is scheduled at 5 p.m. in the high school’s media center.

LINDEN — Students of Saints Mary and Elizabeth Academy’s 7th grade class hosted Mardi Gras celebrations for the entire school. Festivities opened up with a parade of students performing flips and somersaults. Students then were able to enjoy activities such as bowling, basketball shooting contest, tic-tac-toe and face painting.

RAHWAY — Franklin School in Rahway recently completed their Pennies For Patients Fund Raiser for the Leukemia/ Lymphoma Society. A total of $2,243.82 was raised to help in the fight against childhood blood cancers.
