WESTFIELD — The Westfield Area Y’s holiday round up starts with the Westfield Y’s Men’s Club annual tree lot sale at the Elm Street Field in Westfield. All proceeds benefit the Westfield Area Y and other community organizations. Union County Libraries Team Up For Holiday Food Drive

UNION COUNTY — Libraries are inviting their patrons to help check out hunger this holiday season with donations to a food drive. From Nov. 25 – Dec. 16, Union County Public Libraries will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items to benefit the New Jersey Community Food Bank and other local food pantries.

Westifield Area Y Achievers Serve As Role Models & Engage In Service Projects

WESTFIELD — The Westfield Area Y Achievers Program for high school students is collecting toys for all ages in collaboration with Young Men of Resilience for the Ozanam Family Shelter in Edison and Beth Israel Medical Center. Donations of gift wrap, gift bags and tape are welcome and can be placed in the blue container by the Main Y front door marked “Achievers Service Project” until Dec. 11. Gifts should be wrapped and marked with tags indicating gender and age range.
