NEWARK – The Kean University baseball team dropped both games of a doubleheader to Rutgers-Newark by the finals of 5-4 and 11-6, Saturday afternoon in NJAC action from Bears and Eagles Riverfront Stadium.
RAHWAY—The City of Rahway Recreation Department will be presenting its annual talent show at the Union County Performing Arts Center on Friday, April 16.

MOUNTAINSIDE—The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Sanguiliano Garden Center, and The Westfield Running Company will present the second annual Quest for the Cure 5K Run/Walk in Mountainside’s Echo Lake Park This Sunday, April 18, registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and the race kicks off at 10 a.m.
RAHWAY – Democratic Legislators from New Jersey’s 22nd District announced that they will hold a town hall meeting on Tuesday, April 13, at 7 p.m. at the Rahway City Council Chambers to raise awareness of the national 2010 Census among their constituents.
