Report: Man Exposed Himself To Children

(via Inside Out) Hillside and Elizabeth police were investigating a report of a man exposing himself to children this afternoon. The incident is said to have occurred just after 4 p.m. in the area of North Broad Street and King Street near the Hillside/Elizabeth border.
