CARTERET—Carteret Mayor Reiman recently joined with Councilman Vinny Bellino to announce that the borough has received $4,500, an appropriation requested to help finance its 4th annual “Concerts by the Bay” series. The arts grant was awarded by Middlesex County Cultural and Heritage Commission, and will fund its popular live music series at Waterfront Park.
