MIDDLESEX COUNTY – All passport acceptance agents within county’s Passport Division have passed a new federally mandated passport certification program, Middlesex County Clerk Elaine M. Flynn announced Friday.
PERTH AMBOY -- A Perth Amboy middle school teacher was arrested this morning and charged with sexually assaulting a female student over a six-year period, beginning when she was 13 years old, authorities said.
