MIDDLESEX COUNTY — A team of assessors from the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) will arrive on Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, to examine all aspects of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office’s policies and procedures, management, operations, and support services, Sheriff Mildred S. Scott announced today.

Middlesex County “Guns For Cash” Buyback Planned For Sept. 27 & 28

MIDDLESEX COUNTY – Continuing a statewide effort to reduce gun violence by taking deadly firearms out of circulation, Acting Attorney General John J. Hoffman announced today that a state-sponsored gun buyback program for the residents of Middlesex County will be held on Sept. 27 and 28 at three churches in the county.
