Toxic lies, Trump’s White House & sex slaver suicide

Jeffrey Epstein died in an apparent suicide but the death may lead back to the White House, which is putting out false information — potentially to distract from a presidential kill order intended to cover up crimes.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons says the convicted sex offender was found unresponsive in his Manhattan jail cell Saturday morning.

The billionaire financier was facing sex trafficking and conspiracy charges in New York in an especially noteworthy case because for years, Epstein has been linked to other prominent men, including President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, and Great Britain’s Prince Andrew.

“I was appalled to learn that Jeffrey Epstein was found dead early this morning from an apparent suicide while in federal custody,” said Attorney General William P. Barr. “Mr. Epstein’s death raises serious questions that must be answered. In addition to the FBI’s investigation, I have consulted with the Inspector General who is opening an investigation into the circumstances of Mr. Epstein’s death.”

Officials at the Federal Bureau of Prisons said that Epstein hanged himself before he was found unresponsive in around 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

Athough Epstein was in a unit with extra security since he was arrested on July 6, he was not under suicide watch at the time that he was found dead despite having made a previous attempt to kill himself.

About 2,000 pages of documents were released in a court case filed by a woman named Virginia Giuffre, who had accused Epstein and one of his associates of sexually abusing her as early as she was 16.

The associate is Ghislaine Maxwell, a former Epstein girlfriend who has been described as the billionaire’s “madam.”

Those documents contain many new and disturbing details about what was going on inside Epstein’s homes between 2002 and 2005, in the period that prosecutors say he was running a sex trafficking conspiracy.

Giuffre says in her deposition that she was ordered to provide erotic massages and sex to several powerful men associated with Epstein, who allegedly kept her as a teenage sex slave.

Giuffre says Maxwell, who served as the New York financier’s procurer directed her to have sex with Bill Richardson while he was governor of New Mexico. A spokesperson for Richardson, who has not been charged with any crime, denied that he ever met Virginia Giuffre.

Trump shared a tweet and video from conservative comedian Terrence Williams that claimed without evidence that the Clintons were responsible for Epstein’s death while in federal custody. Reactions varies since Trump is in charge of the federal government, which held Epstein at the time of his death, and it is possible that the convicted sex offender may have been able to implicate the President in potential crimes.

Trump hosted a party attended by only himself, Epstein, and 28 ‘calendar girls’ at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago in 1992 and even stated that he knew of the billionaire financier’s interest in young women.

The New York Times reported claims that Epstein told people he introduced the president to his third wife, first lady Melania Trump, and another woman filed a lawsuit charging that Trump raped her when she was 13 years old at Epstein’s Manhattan townshouse.

After a parent complained that he molested her 14-year-old daughter in 2005, Epstein pleaded guilty in a Florida court in 2008 of soliciting a prostitute and of procuring a girl under-18 for prostitution.

He served 13 months in custody with work release, as part of a plea deal, where federal officials had identified 36 girls as young as 14 years old who had been molested.

Epstein was arrested again on July 6, 2019, on federal charges for sex trafficking of minors in Florida and New York, after the Miami Herald exposed the details of his Florida case in a series titled “Perversion of Justice.”

Trump appointed Alexander Acosta as secretary of labor although the former federal prosecutor helped convert a 53-page indictment against the wealthy New York investor into a state plea bargain on minor prostitution charges in 2008.

“I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side,” said Trump, who was quoted in a 2002 New York Magazine profile of Epstein.
