White House drawn into legal battle with porn star

Trump denies paying porn star, spokesperson declares ‘hush money’ arbitration victory.

The White House is being pulled into the legal fight between President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen and the adult film actress who claims to have had an extra-marital affair with the president in 2006.

While denying that Trump had a relationship with Stephanie Clifford, who goes by the stage name Stormy Daniels in pornographic movies, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders asserted that the president recently won an arbitration ruling against the woman.

The press secretary ‘s statement effectively tied Trump to the $130,000 hush money payment made by his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, leading MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell to raise obvious questions.

O’Donnell posted messages on Twitter asking the President why he has a confidentiality agreement with Stormy Daniels.
