President Trump fired Anthony Scaramucci as communications director just days after several other members of the senior White House staff edparted.
Scaramucci’s firing came just 10 days after the New York billionaire was brought on to the West Wing staff, a move that convulsed an already chaotic White House and led to the departures of Sean Spicer, the former press secretary, and Reince Priebus, the president’s first chief of staff.
The decision to remove Scaramucci was made by the new White House chief of staff, John F. Kelly, to make it clear that he is in charge.
Meanwhile, Russia is expelling hundreds of US diplomats, North Korea is teetering on the edge of war and China is ignoring American demands to cool off its nuclear neighbor.
Trump tweeted that the White House is not in chaos.
