Elementary School students & seniors solve puzzles

On April 12, 2017, members of the Blue and Gold Club at Franklin Elementary School in Rahway visited Atria Assisted Living in Cranford.

They brought puzzles with them and had their very own ‘Puzzle Night’ with the residents. They were able to spend a few hours sitting, talking, and putting puzzles together with the residents. It was a really enjoyable evening for everyone.

Franklin School’s Blue and Gold Club is a school based club made up of students that volunteer their time throughout the year to help with different community service activities.

They are always looking for ways to put a smile on someone’s face.

The club is overseen by the school’s nurse, Mrs. Barbara Maher and also Ms. Kym Adams. Keep up the great work kids!
