Democrats and Republicans who declared intentions to seek their party’s nomination for governor must file petitions by the close of business tomorrow to have their names appear on the primary election ballot.

The announced Democratic candidates are Paul Binetti, Bill Brennan, Monica Brinson, Jim Johnson, Senator Raymond Lesniak, Lisa McCormick, Phil Murphy, Titus Pierce, Assemblyman John Wisniewski, and Tenafly Borough Council President Mark Zinna.
The Republican candidates declared so far include Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli, Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno, Nutley Commissioner Steven Rogers, Joseph Rudy Rullo and Hirsh Singh.
Declared independents are Seth Kaper-Dale of the Green Party, Jonathan Lancelot , Mike Price, Peter Rohrman of the Libertarian Party and Vincent Ross, but they have until June 6 to file petitions.
