Pedestrian killed in crash

A pedestrian was killed in on North Beverwyck Road in Parsippany-Troy Hills during the night of October 25, 2016, after being struck by a motor vehicle that crashed.

The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department did not release details about the motor vehicle crash that involved a single vehicle and claimed the life of the pedestrian.  

At this time, there are no criminal charges that have been filed but the investigation is ongoing, and no additional information will be released at this time, including the identity of the persons involved. 

This matter is currently being investigated by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office – Major Crimes Unit, the Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office – Criminal Investigation Section, and the Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office.
