Share Health the Valentine’s Day

UNION COUNTY, NJ -This Valentine’s Day, The Gateway Family YMCA helping the community share a healthy afternoon with a loved one.  The Gateway Family YMCA offers fitness, programs and fun at branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union for the holiday. The Elizabeth Branch, 135 Madison Avenue, Elizabeth, the Rahway Branch, 1564 Irving Street, Rahway and the Wellness Center Branch, 1000 Galloping Hill Rd, Union are inviting the public to visit the YMCA and work out with their loved one on February 14, free of charge.

At the Five Points Branch, 201 Tucker Avenue, Union, NJ a Parent’s Night Out program is being offered, allowing parents to leave their children in a safe and secure environment while spending some quality time together.  Parent’s Night Out is scheduled from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday, February 13. Children ages 6 months through 10 years are invited to attend the program, including games and activities, pizza and a snack.  Advanced registration is required; please contact the branch at 908-688-9622.

In addition to the events above, all branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union will be hosting an open house February 15 – 21 which will include seminars, trial classes and activities.
