REMEMBERING THE PAST: Police who saved lives, gave lives

Remembering the Past by Diane Norek HarrisonToday starts National Police Week. There is no better time to remember fallen and deceased officers. Say a prayer for the two officers killed in Mississippi. Tonight is Lights On for NY Det. Brian Moore who died in the Line of Duty. Tomorrow we honor my dad who gave 25-1/2 years to the South Amboy Police Dept.

Thanks to all the current and retired cops for all you do and have done. God Bless those killed in the Line of Duty.

Thank you to my South Amboy Police Family as Jerry Pizzillo calls us, for the beautiful memorial to honor my father. — with Jamie Norek. The family of the late Francis “Inky” Norek placed a Memorial Wreath in his honor at the South Amboy Police Memorial held on May 11, 2015.
