Stephen Adamo, president of Weichert Financial Services, announced that Tim McLaughlin has been named to the newly created position of chief operating officer. In addition to assuming this new role, McLaughlin will retain his responsibilities in the company’s Capital Markets division.
McLaughlin joined Weichert Financial Services in 2004 as senior vice president of secondary marketing and has successfully taken on several additional functions during his tenure with the company.
“Promoting Tim to chief operating officer will better prepare us for 2015 and beyond,” said Adamo. “This position will be critical as we continue to chart the course for the future and implement new technologies and processes that will further streamline the loan manufacturing process. I am confident that Tim is up to the task, and I look forward to working more closely with him in his new role.”
A resident of the Princeton area, McLaughlin is a member of Fannie Mae’s Regional Advisory Board.
