Union County's mounted police horse, Justice, will be ending a 14 year career, after Officer Frank Catena trailered him through Clark to honor fallen warriors on Memorial Day on Monday, May 26.  Justice, who walked and trotted the Clark Memorial Day parade route many times and frequently appeared at other public events to inform and educate citizens about safety and law enforcement.
