Tabernacle Church Announces Christmas Community Events

SOUTH PLAINFIELD — The Tabernacle Church will host a series of events for Christmas this year in the South Plainfield community.

Sunday, Dec. 15 at 6 p.m.: FREE Community Skating Party

Local residents are invited to join The Tabernacle Church for a night of fun at the Woodbridge Community Center located at 600 Main Street in Woodbridge. Admission is free for children and adults, but they must RSVP at

Saturday, Dec. 21 at 2 p.m.: Day of Community Giving & Caroling

Children’s community choir will bring gifts, love, and hope to AristaCare at Cedar Oaks Nursing Home in South Plainfield, followed by an evening of Christmas caroling at the South Plainfield Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and local neighborhoods.

Sunday, Dec. 22 at 10 a.m: Christmas Worship Celebration

The entire family is welcome to enjoy a great day filled with worship, comedy, singing, and more. Children ages 12 and under will also receive a free gift from The Tabernacle Church.
