CLARK — The township’s Recreation Department held its annual Winter Festival, Tree Lighting and Menorah Ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 1. More than 2,000 residents enjoyed the event, which featured horse & buggy rides, covered wagon and hay rides, train ride and pony rides, a petting zoo, food, music, choirs & bands, a visit from Santa Claus and more.
