Clark-Police-Headquarters-PAll individuals arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 13 at 1:37 a.m. – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway Circle, police arrested Hillside resident Michael Murrell, 28, who was charged with DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. P.O. Brian Soos was the Arresting Officer.

Nov. 15 at 1:47 p.m. – At 45 Central Avenue, police arrested Garwood resident Jennifer Fakelman, 43, who was charged with shoplifting from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Avenue. She was also detained on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Newark for contempt of court. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date on the Clark charges and after posting bail on the Newark warrant. P.O. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

Nov. 15 at 2:12 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Newark resident Latrice Daniels, 47, who was charged with shoplifting from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Avenue. She was subsequently
released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Thomas Sarnecki was the Arresting Officer.
