South Brunswick Plans Veterans Day Observance

american-flagSOUTH BRUNSWICK – A Veterans Day Observance Ceremony will be held at the monument in front of the South Brunswick Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road (Route 522), South Brunswick, on Monday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m.

Invited speakers include: Frank Gambatese, mayor of South Brunswick and state Sen. Christopher “Kip” Bateman. Rev. John Maltby and Rabbi Mendy Carlebach will offer prayers; the South Brunswick High School Viking Band with Mark and Virginia Kraft will provide the music.

Veterans from VFW Post 9111 and American Legion Post 401 will present ceremonial wreathes in honor and memory of veterans of all branches of the service. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony by the host organization, VFW Post 9111, Henderson Road, Kendall Park.
