STATE – Gov. Chris Christie plans to mark the one-year anniversary of Superstorm Sandy on Tuesday, Oct. 29, with a series of visits to impacted communities across the state.
The Governor will greet residents, first responders and volunteers and honor New Jerseyans for their strength and resiliency over the past year with planned appearances in Seaside Park, Moonachie, Sayreville, Union Beach, Belmar, Brick, Little Egg Harbor and Sea Bright.
Christie is also scheduled to attend a statewide prayer service at The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark.
