Police Report Missing Elizabeth Woman Is Home Safe

ELIZABETH – A 19-year-old Elizabeth woman who was reported missing this morning is home safe, according to Elizabeth police.

Chrystal Santiago, who has been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and is mentally delayed, had been last seen by her father when he dropped her off at the Madison-Monroe school on North Avenue at 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, according to the police missing persons notice.
