Old Bridge Men Cleared Of Murder Charges Get 6 Month Sentence For Simple Assault

NEW BRUNSWICK – A Superior Court judge gave the maximum sentence to two former Old Bridge High School students who were cleared of all major charges in the 2010 fatal beating of Divyendu Sinha, according to a Star-Ledger report.

Cash Johnson and Christian Tinli were acquitted of murder and aggravated assault charges, but were found guilty of simple assault and received the maximum sentence – six months in county jail, according to the report.
