CLARK — The Special Education team at Carl H. Kumpf Middle School in Clark put together a presentation for the families of sixth graders about how to use the school’s technology. This presentation was made in conjunction with the school’s question and answer night for families of sixth graders.
Victoria Hynes demonstrated how to find a teacher’s class page and use it to help their child keep up with homework and enrich their learning with educational websites. Then, Nicole Viola showed the parents how parent portal allows them to see their student’s individual grades and current average. This night was extremely informative for the parents and gave them a great forum to meet with some of their student’s teachers and learn how to help their student at home.
