CRANFORD – Union County Freeholder Bette Jane Kowalski and Cranford Township Commissioner Kevin Campbell pose with a 25 mph sign, which will be posted shortly on Walnut Avenue in Cranford. Responding to a request from the Township, the Board of Chosen Freeholders agreed to a consistent 25 mph speed limit along Walnut Avenue from South Avenue to Lexington Avenue.
