A Community Information Day about Sleep: Better ZZZs

Trinitas Regional Medical Center observes Sleep Technologist Appreciation Week with an information event on Tues., Oct. 8 at its Williamson Street Campus in Elizabeth, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, outside its Comprehensive Sleep Disorders Center. Registered sleep technologists from the staff of the Center will answer questions about sleep issues and disorders, provide information about the benefits of productive sleep, and offer information about the Trinitas Sleep Center in Elizabeth and the Trinitas Sleep Disorders Center located at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Cranford.

AARP Driver Safety

Six hour course, two sessions, Wed., Oct. 9, registration and completion of forms, 5:00 – 5:30 pm, course continues 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm; Wed., Oct. 16, 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Those registering must present valid driver’s license at first session. Payment by check for AARP members with AARP membership card, $12; non-AARP members, $14. Hosted by Trinitas Regional Medical Center. Women’s Health: Breast Health Decision Making

Thurs., Oct. 10, 5:30 – 7:00 pm. Panel discussion with medical doctors and cancer specialists from Trinitas Regional Medical Center and its Comprehensive cancer Center about how treatments are reviewed and evaluated for best possible outcomes.
