Oct. 3 at 1:21 p.m. – In the vicinity of Lake Avenue, police arrested Elizabeth resident Raul German-Albillar, 46, who was charged with DUI. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Christian Lott was the Arresting Officer.

Oct. 4 at 6:04 p.m. –  Police took a report of a theft of a purse from a patron of the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Avenue. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Daniel Joy was the Investigating Officer.

Oct. 5 at 10:14 p.m. –  In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Westfield resident Brian Ludlum, 29, who was charged with DUI. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Christian Lott was the Arresting Officer.
