Church To Host Breakfast With St. Nicholas

st-nickCLARK — Looking for something different to do this holiday season? Osceola Presbyterian Church in Clark will be holding a special breakfast with an unusual special guest. Everyone is welcome to attend a pancake breakfast with St. Nicholas on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. The cost is $10 for children and $4 for adults.

The event will include a pancake breakfast for everyone attending. In addition, stories about the real St. Nicholas will be shared by church pastor, Brian Croak. Children will learn of St. Nick’s generous nature and love of children, and how his name transformed over time to the present day name of Santa Claus. This event will enlighten children and parents to the original Christian meaning and story of Saint Nicholas. This story will reinforce and explain why the Christmas season is for giving and sharing and a celebration of Jesus.

Other activities will include face painting and sharing activities. All children attending will receive a gift from St. Nicholas, who is expected to make a surprise entrance for all the participants.

Tickets will be sold in advance only throughout October and November. Contact or call 908-241-9594 to purchase tickets.
