Clark Student Wins Anti-Drug T-Shirt Slogan Contest

CLARK — The Clark Police Department and the Union County Community Alliance against Drugs and Alcohol sponsored a T-shirt slogan contest among students in the Clark School system. Tara Starita submitted the winning slogan, “I am drug free because I choose to be.” She received a $100 gift card and a T-shirt with her slogan on it .
