RAHWAY – The owner of the Kings Inn in Rahway are planning to demolish the pyramid-like tower that sits at the building’s south end, according to a report by Rahway Rising.

The demolition would be part of a renovation that would increase the amount of available parking and add a breakfast area to the lobby, but reduce the number of available rooms from 52 to 49, according to the report.

The pyramid structure earned a bit of notoriety by briefly appearing in the video for Naughty by Nature’s  1991 hit “O.P.P.”
