Executive Women Of NJ To Award Over $64K In Graduate Merit Scholarships

TRENTON – Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ) will honor 12 women from New Jersey for their hard work and determination to their post-graduate endeavors at the organization’s annual Scholarship Recognition Event to be held Oct. 10, at the Dolce Basking Ridge. Paola Dolcemascolo of Union and Crystal Marull of Piscataway are among those being honored.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Honorable Faith S. Hochberg United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

“As the preeminent NJ organization for women executives, we see it as our mission to cultivate the next generation of women leaders. Through EWNJ’s Graduate Merit Scholarship program and mentorship initiative, we are helping an outstanding group of women further their professional development today so that they may become tomorrow’s leaders,” said Keitha Lackey, President of EWNJ. “I extend my congratulations to this year’s 12 winners.”

The EWNJ Graduate Merit Award Program was established in 1986 to benefit women living in NJ and pursuing advanced degrees at NJ colleges and universities. The scholarships, intended to further the winners’ professional and personal development, are awarded based on academic achievement, leadership skills, community service, and financial need. To date, EWNJ has awarded over $1.2 million in scholarships.
