Judge’s Boyfriend Indicted On Robbery Charge

OLD BRIDGE – A Somerset County grand jury has indicted the 41-year-old boyfriend of a Middlesex County Superior Court judge, according to a report by MyCentralJersey.com.

Jason Prontnicki, 41, of Monroe faces a first-degree robbery charge for the April 29 theft of drugs from an Old Bridge pharmacy.

In June, Prontnicki was arrested with Judge Carlie M. Brady, 41, of Woodbridge, who is accused of harboring the fugitive in her home for an hour without notifying police. She was suspended without pay from her job.

The charges against the defendants are merely accusations; they are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
