September 18 Pasta Bar in the Sukkah!

Celebrate Sukkot with a vibrant welcoming community! At 6 p.m., eat a pasta feast in the temple’s Sukkah, followed by a 7 p.m. musical Sukkot service. Everyone will have an opportunity to make the blessing on the lulav and etrog, and to learn about the traditions of Sukkot.

September 19 Sukkot Service (10:30 am) and Potluck Dairy Lunch (12:30 pm)

September 21 Eat, Drink, and Be Merry in the Sukkah! Enjoy a fun evening of Havdallah, spirits, snacks, and games in Temple Emanu-El’s Sukkah. The fun starts at 8 p.m. Cost: $18 per person (RSVP requested by September 16). Must be aged 21 and older.

September 25 Erev Simchat Torah!

Celebrate the Torah, complete with singing, dancing, and reading from the Torah. At 5:30 p.m.,  come to a Simchat Torah pizza dinner. You must RSVP by September 20. The cost is $7 adults, $5 children. Following the dinner is a lively Simchat Torah and Consecration service, at 6:30 p.m. Appropriate for all ages.

September 26 Simchat Torah Morning Service with Yizkor (10:30 am) and Potluck Dairy Lunch (12:30 pm)
