The victim, a 31-year-old Elizabeth resident, saw the two suspects when she went to Julien’s Army/Navy Store on North Wood Avenue in Linden on Aug. 10 to inquire about the unauthorized use of her cards. She went to confront them and they ran away.

The victim told police that her car had been stolen in Elizabeth with the credit cards inside. During their search for the suspect, Linden police recovered the key to a Mercedes and other stolen property that had been dropped.

Police are asking anyone with information about the suspects to contact Linden Detective Kevin Mikolajczyk at 908-474-8530 or via email at crimetips@police.lindenes-nj.org.
