Police Find 4 lbs. Of Marijuana After Berkeley Heights Man Crashes Into Indiana House

SHEFFIELD, Ind. – A New Jersey man was arrested on drug-related charged Sunday after the vehicle he was in crashed into a house in Sheffield Indiana, according to a Mason City Globe Gazette report.

Police found more than four pounds of marijuana after a car driven by Christian Bruno of Berkeley Heights went out of control and hit a house, damaging the garage. No one was injured, according to the report.

Bruno was charged with failure to maintain control and failure to obey a stop sign.

Fabrice Emogene, also a New Jersey resident, was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, failure to affix a drug tax stamp and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the report.

The charges against the defendants are merely accusations; they are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
