JCC Lecture Focuses On Famed Photographer

HIGHLAND PARK — On Wednesday, Aug. 28, Jim DelGiudice will speak about photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt at River Ridge, 30 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park, at 1 p.m.

Born in West Prussia, Eisenstaedt emigrated to the United States in 1935 and worked as a photographer for Life Magazine. His photograph of a kiss in Times Square on VJ Day remains the iconic image of  World War II.

All are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served. The cost is $8 for Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County members; $10 for non-members.
