Cranford Library Book Group Announces Schedule

CRANFORD — The Readers’ Forum, the lively book discussion group of the Cranford Public Library, will begin its 21st year with a discussion of What Maisie Knew (1897) by Henry James on Monday, September 23.

Subsequent titles and dates are:

  • The Art of Racing in the Rain (2008) by Garth Stein, October 28, 2013;
  • Defending Jacob (2012) by William Landay, November 25, 2013;
  • The Age of Miracles (2012) by Karen Walker, December 16, 2013;
  • The Paris Wife (2011) by Paula McLain, January 27, 2014;
  • The Round House by Louise Erdrich (2012), February 24, 2014;
  • The Light Between Oceans (2012) by M.L. Stedman, March 24, 2014;
  • Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail (2012) by Cheryl Strayed, April 28, 2014; and
  • The End of Your Life Book Club (2012), by Will Schwalbe, May 19, 2014.

All dates are Mondays. Sessions start at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the library’s Fridlington Room. New members are welcome at any time.
