Some Carteret Voters Will Use Temporary Polling Places For Tomorrow’s Election

CARTERET – Some voters will need to go to temporary polling places to cast ballots in tomorrow’s special election U.S. Senate primary.

The changes are necessary because some district schools are undergoing repairs and are not available for use. Voters will return to their usual polling places for October’s special election and the November general election.

  • Voters in Districts 6, 10 and 18 who normally vote at Carteret High School will instead vote at Carteret Middle School, 300 Carteret Avenue.
  • Voters in Districts 11, 16 and 17 who normally vote at Minue School will instead vote at the American Legion, 1155 Roosevelt Avenue.
  • Voters in Districts 2, 5 and 13 who normally vote at Columbus School will instead vote at the Deverin Community Center, 100 Cooke Avenue.
