Iselin Man Indicted In FedEx Driver’s Death

WOODBRIDGE – An Iselin man has been indicted for aggravated manslaughter in connection with the February 22 death of a FedEx truck driver, according to an report.

James T. Cunningham, 72, is accused of crashing his van into the parked FedEx truck driven by William Convery III, 43, of South Bound Brook. Convery was pronounced dead at the scene, and Cunningham was also injured in the collision.

The charges against Cunningham are merely accusations; he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
