Elizabeth Man Pleads Guilty In 2010 Double Homicide

ELIZABETH – A 27-year-old city man pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated manslaughter for the deaths of two men outside an Elizabeth bar in 2010, according to an NJ.com report.

Armando Perez admitted his role in the deaths of Luis Mesa, 30, and Daniel Torres, 27, in the parking lot of the Elizabeth Mini Mall on Elizabeth Avenue, which occurred on May 29, 2010 after a large fight at the El Buen Gusto bar, according to the report.

Under the plea deal, the prosecutor’s office will recommend a 23-year prison sentence.
