Duprees Concert Rescheduled For Sept. 8

BRIDGEWATER – The Somerset County Park Commission has announced that the free concert featuring the Duprees, originally scheduled for Sunday evening, July 28 and cancelled due to heavy rain, has been rescheduled for Sunday, Sept. 8 at 6 p.m. The live performance will be held at Duke Island Park on Old York Road in Bridgewater and admission is free.

The Duprees are known world-over for their romantic interpretations of some of the most beautiful love songs ever written. Hailing from New Jersey, The Duprees first struck gold with You Belong to Me in 1962. Their unmistakable sound was born, and the hits kept rolling, including Have You Heard, My Own True Love, and Goodnight My Love.

Concertgoers are encouraged to bring, picnic baskets, chairs and blankets. Ample parking is available.
