Perth Amboy HS Grad Pens Horror Novel

Samson, once a wealthy high-powered criminal defense attorney, struggles to hold his family together as the world falls apart. Veronica, a high school track star, races to escape the city with her brother. Together, embark on a journey of self-discovery and survival through the post-apocalyptic world.

Kopas, a Perth Amboy High School alumna who used to write a music review column for the Atom Tabloid, now lives in Florida and identifies herself as “an avid gamer and apocalypse enthusiast.”

The Breadwinner is the first book in a planned series. The ebook is available for $4.99 from multiple sources, including Smashwords, iTunes, Kobo and Barnes & Noble’s Nook store. While The Breadwinner not currently available through Amazon’s Kindle store, Kindle owners can obtain a compatible version of the book through Smashwords.
