NEWARK– The 2013 edition of the New Jersey Small Business Resource Guide is now available from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) New Jersey district office.
SBA New Jersey District Director Al Titone said the free 54-page guide features sections on How to Start a Small Business; Local State and Federal Business Regulations; How to Find and Secure Capital for your Business; Doing Business with the Government; How to Write a Business Plan and a listing of entrepreneurial development resources that provide free business counseling.
