New Brunswick Restaurant Week Is Bigger Than Ever

NEW BRUNSWICK – Downtown New Brunswick is exploding with dining offers during this summer’s 4th Annual New Brunswick Restaurant Week. New Brunswick City Market, the downtown management company for the City of New Brunswick, has organized a two-week culinary celebration highlighting the talents of New Brunswick’s chefs at forty-one dining establishments from Saturday, July 13 through Saturday, July 27.

As one of Central New Jersey’s premiere dining destinations, New Brunswick restaurateurs will be serving up mouth-watering and savory selections in prix-fixe menus, as well as lunch and dinner specials. Visitors can explore the eclectic cuisine of New Brunswick, while exploring the wonderful dynamic charm that the city has to offer, and New Brunswick regulars can take the opportunity to dine at an old favorite or indulge in a new experience.

“Restaurant week provides each participating restaurant the opportunity to create their own ‘dining special’ that reflects the individuality of their restaurant, while providing diners with an opportunity to sample restaurants that they may not otherwise try, at an attractive price point,” said Pamela Stefanek, executive director of New Brunswick City Market.

The combination of the premier theater district, museums and galleries along with a wide variety of cultural culinary cuisine makes New Brunswick unique and popular, and serves as the perfect opportunity for local foodies to come out and enjoy al fresco dining from a cozy sidewalk cafe to an elegant restaurant setting while discovering the many attractions New Brunswick has to offer during these warm summer months.
